Breakfast Souffle

6 Eggs
6 Slices White Bread (cubed)
2 Cups of Milk
1 Cup Shredded Cheese (colby)
Parmesan Cheese
Preheat oven to 350
Grease 9×13 pan. Using electric mixer, mix together eggs, bread and milk. Brown sausage and drain. Mix sausage and egg mixture. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
This can be made the night before and kept in fridge if desired and baked in the morning
Bake at 350 for 45 minutes.
Cheesy Potato Casserole

1 pkg (16oz) shredded cheese
1/2 Lb Bacon (cooked and crumbled)
1 Chopped Onion
2 Cups Mayo
Boil potatoes in their skins until tender, then peel and cube. Combine cheese, onion, mayo with the half of bacon in a bowl. Place cubed potatoes in a 13×9x2 baking dish Spoon cheese mixture over potatoes. Sprinkle with remaining bacon. Bake at 350 for about 50 minutes or til top browns.
Spring Temptation Pie

1 pkg lemon gelatin
1 cup lemon or orange sherbert
2 cups thawed whipping topping
2 cups miniature marshmallows
1 8oz can of crushed pineapple drained
1 prepared graham cracker crust
Stir boiling water into gelatin in medium bowl 2 minutes or until
completely dissolved. Stir in sherbet; mix until melted. Refrigerate
25 minutes or until gelatin mixture is slightly thickened. FOLD in
whipped topping, marshmallows and pineapple. Pour into crust. FREEZE
until firm.
