Cheesy Potato Casserole
9 Med Potatoes
1 pkg (16oz) shredded cheese
1/2 Lb Bacon (cooked and crumbled)
1 Chopped Onion
2 Cups Mayo
Boil potatoes in their skins until tender, then peel and cube. Combine cheese, onion, mayo with the half of bacon in a bowl. Place cubed potatoes in a 13x9x2 baking dish Spoon cheese mixture over potatoes. Sprinkle with remaining bacon. Bake at 350 for about 50 minutes or til top browns.
